They came together, which I do not usually recommend and made an exception for. The six sessions were mostly translation: he was answering a question about the job and she was answering a question about the marriage, and for four weeks neither noticed. We wrote the year down as a thing with a start date, an end date and three review points, because an open-ended separation is a different decision wearing the same coat. They are eight months in and have used two of the reviews.
